Since summer 2009, we remained deliberately silent about the progress of the project, because we're dealing with a rebellious town hall in the XXI century!
After an initial refusal of planning permission in March 2009, we received a second in September 2009, an amended and "consensualisée" of our project ... then we suffered a rejection of equitable relief that we introduced in late October 2009 to try to bring elected officials to their senses.
Elected officials who have no arguable legal basis for their stubborn position, but simply "do not want this kind of buildings on THEIR territory," because you'll notice that we are AT HOME!
Our lots are buildable regularly without any restrictions ... Our buildings are strictly comply with the requirements of the PLU (Local Development Plan) ... the right is for us ... elected officials base their opinions solely on their personal tastes and preferences, which incline to the pastiche of pseudo-traditional Savoyard.
As for the energy challenges of the construction and Grenelle Environnement, they simply are no interest ... stories lit!
